Chemistry! (and how to boost it)

There are many different ways of creating a team with high chemistry, and I'm going to share a few of those with you.

League/Nation
I think the best way to do it, is to choose a league or nationality and create a squad all from that category. If you choose to do Premier League or Liga BBVA team, this can get very costly, as these players are in high demand. For example, 76 rated non-shiny Manchester United player will cost at least 1000, where as the same standard player from a random league will cost 300 or 350! Nations to avoid if you want to keep your team relatively cheap are England, Spain and Brazil.

Personally, this year I have decided to make a team from Ligue 1 (of which I will post a picture, when the Web App decides to let me on). This has many french players in too, so many chemistry is 91 without even worrying about formations.

Managers
Finding an appropriate manager can boost your chemistry by at least 10 points, so it is quite an easy way of improving it. Go to your team, and work out what the most common nationality is, and then check your formation - now just go to the market and try to find a manager for your team.. (eg. Dutch, 4-3-1-2).

Formation Cards
If you buy a player who doesn't like your formation (the little symbol will be red), then you can buy a formation card to change this. If all your players like your formation, your chemistry will be considerably higher then if they don't. The cards for the most common formations (4-4-2, 4-1-2-1-2, 4-3-3) are much more expensive than the others, so I recommend going for a different formation if chemistry is a priority of yours! You can also give these to a manager, if he doesn't like your formation either!
